How long does a project span?
It depends on factors such as scope, photography conditions, and completeness of provided designs. Most marketing projects last between six and eight weeks.

How much does a render cost?
It's hard to say! Stills vary in scope immensely. As a rough guide - architects stills and DA submissions are approximately $2.5K. For full-scale marketing renders the price can be closer to $4k per image. Depending on your requirements, images can fall anywhere in this range. The best way to know is to get a quote. This will account for the unique needs of your project, and is zero pressure — we're always happy to chat!
Do you offer animation?
Absolutely! We offer both fully custom and AI-moderated animations.
What does an animation cost?
Full custom animations with audio are approximately $1k per second. AI animations are closer to $500 per second, which produce stunning results, the trade-off being less control of the final output. A combination of the two can also be used. We also offer cinemographs which can be applied to existing stills for a fee. Again, for the most accurate pricing, reach out.
Where are you located?
We're located in the Bayside suburb of Brighton in Melbourne. However, we work all along the east coast of Australia and we're always more than happy to travel for meetings, photoshoots, and an escape from the Melbourne weather!
Are premium renders worth it?
We think so! They do a LOT for buyer confidence and help elevate your marketing package. We beleive the ROI is absolutely worth it.
What is included in a marketing render?
A standard architectural render usually includes: 3D modelling based on your plans Materials and finishes applied Landscaping Lighting setup Two rounds of revisions High-resolution final images suitable for web, print, and socials
Can changes be made after the render starts?
Yes, but it depends on the stage of the project. Most studios include a few rounds of revisions. Major design changes after modelling is complete may involve additional fees. Providing finalised plans early helps avoid extra costs.
